TASTING NOTES

From STUART PESKETT (TWE)

NOSE Very floral and fruity, with red-berry fruit and cherries sitting alongside classic Speyside notes of freshly cut apple and pear.

PALATE Soft, silky mouthfeel, with a touch of Christmas spice mixed in with aromatic fruitiness – pear, peach and mango. There's a sweet honeyed note, too, along with a sprinkling of clove and black pepper.

FINISH The soft honeyed fruit lingers well with the spice.
