The grapes for this blend come from more than 30 villages, the wines are aged for three years on the lees – well above the legally required period.
It is bottled with 6g/l dosage and the disgorgement date is always on the back of the bottle for complete transparency.
The Champagne has a toasty, golden delicious aroma and the palate has a lovely intensity.
