A light, floral and elegant single grain whiskey from innovative Irish producer Two Stacks, matured in a combination of oloroso sherry and American oak barrels. Offering aromas of baked pear, almond, orange and citrus on the nose, the palate draws flavours from the sherry casks, resulting in notes of dried fruits mixed with rich vanilla in the finish.

This is amazing, so good
This is a lovely, drinkable blend and very flavoursome without being harsh. It's obviously a light whisky, both in colour and alcohol content but doesn't lose anything in flavour because of this. I'm no expert but I feel that the sherry barrel comes through, as does the vanilla and almond in the aftertaste. I'll definitely be buying this again.
