Product Description
Since 1729, Ximénez-Spínola has built its reputation by focusing exclusively on a single grape variety, Pedro Ximénez, crafting an exceptional range of wines and sherries from dry to sweet. This sweet wine is made with a blend of more and less dehydrated grapes to present raisins and ripe grapes on the nose, joined by dates and figs on a velvety palate with a lengthy finish. Impeccable paired with bitter chocolate desserts.
