The first ongoing release from The Thompson Brothers, distilled at Dornoch Distillery in Scotland. Combining the brothers' own organic spirit, distilled from floor-malted heritage barley, and top quality organic grain spirit, the result is a must for gin fans. The botanical mix spans the classic and modern, with freeze-dried raspberry and elderflower alongside juniper, angelica and cardamom. The creamy and fruity spirit is complemented by spicy and fruity botanicals, and the gin is just at home in a G&T (garnished with lemon and thyme) as it is in a dry Martini, or even sipped on its own.

The Gin is great. We play games guessing at the Botanicals, and perceive in the gin a slight Scotch flavour. But it is expensive at GBP32.75. it compares with other upmarket gins but the others are either 1litre or 0.75ltr against Thompson Brothers at 0.5ltr. We consider GDP 35 for "Standard Delivery" is "over the top' and unlike other mail order houses servicing Australia from the UK. Along with GBP 74 from the Australian authorities it all means I must savour every drop. thank you
