This is a new range from the house of Piper Heidseick with an extra year on the lees, 4 years aging, it is also bottled at a lower dosage. On the nose lemon bonbons and Crème Brulee with a hint of apple crumble. The palate has plenty of green apples, lemon and grapefruit zest and a salty edge on the finish. This is a good wine to pair with traditional fish and chips!
