Product Description
A quintessentially English liqueur made with that quintessentially English ingredient, rhubarb. Pink but not sickly, this is a liqueur that respects that rhubarb should taste fresh, punchy and complex. Layered with fruity, tart and sweet notes, this is a characterful and versatile ingredient with great potential in spritzes and cocktails.

This is delicious. We’ve had it in champagne, wine, gin and made margaritas and spritzes with it too. We had it at our wedding, expecting an Auberon Spritz to be the welcome drink. Literally everyone ended up staying on it all night! Love that you can make the flavour as light or as intense as you want. Great bottle too btw!

I was really surprised by this liqueur/aperitivo., but bought it because I love rhubarb and haven't come across anything rhubarby in a drink. It works so well in a spritz - like an English riff on an Aperol - and sipped neat over ice its a delicious after-dinner drink. I'm almost through the bottle, so it must be good!

I knew I’d like this, but I didn’t expect to like it this much. It’s got that lovely fresh rhubarb flavour that’s slightly tart but not overly sweet. Sooo, we made an Auberon Spritz the feature drink at our wedding…thinking people might have a couple and then move on. How wrong we were - we ran out of the weekend supply on the first night and had to get more so we could keep serving it over the weekend. I’ve also had it with tonic, soda, sparkling wine and in cocktails, and it makes everything more interesting without being complicated. It works brilliantly with gin if you fancy a twist on your usual G&T. The bottle’s cool too by the way. Anyway, individual and crowd pleaser. Will definitely be a staple in our bar! Enjoy yours when it arrives!

I bought this because the bottle looked lovely, which is how I make most of my important decisions. Thankfully, what’s inside is even better. It tastes like childhood rhubarb crumble has put on a velvet jacket and developed excellent manners: bright, tart, fragrant and sweet without becoming syrupy. Lovely over ice, brilliant with soda, and dangerously convincing in a spritz. I’ve apparently become someone who makes spritzes now. Nostalgic, eccentric and just sharp enough to have opinions. England in a bottle, but considerably more fun.

Love it. At last, a rhubarb liqueur that actually tastes like rhubarb, with all the versatility I could want in a drink. 5 stars for quality, taste and provenance. Anything grown in the Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle gets my vote of confidence. Brilliant in a Spritz, and I'd pick it over St-Germain or Aperol any day.
