A rich and flavoursome whisky, finished in rum casks for a burst of sweetness and complexity. It's matured in warehouses without climate control in Pike Creek, Ontario, and sub-zero winters and hot summers help the whisky pick up bags of flavour during its 10 years in cask.

Canadians call all of their whisky rye, but this is a proper rye – made from a recipe of 100% rye grain. It's a big and spicy example of why Canada is becoming known as the producer of some of the world's best rye whiskeys.

This is a well-aged whisky that's carefully blended from Corby's incredible whisky stocks to create a rich and complex spirit that balances rye spice, orchard fruit and delicate floral character.
